How Much Will It Cost?
If you’re on a tight budget but you don’t want to compromise on quality then the website solutions at CH Web Design are ideal for you.
Every project is different but I can provide a fixed price once I’ve discussed your requirements with you.
However, to give you an idea of my price level, a new small business website can cost as little as £395. So if you provide your own content (text and images) for me to add then I can build a custom designed website with standard features for just £395. If required, I will include some copy writing and stock images to ensure that the website is complete. If you require a substantial amount of copy writing then I can include this in my quote.
Websites that require development features (e.g. event calendars, booking systems, mailing list integration) start from £500 and E-commerce websites start from £795.
Adding a development feature to an existing website normally starts from £120 depending on the type of feature.
I provide fixed prices for my work and include a written outline of the project scope so that you know what you’re paying for. If there are any scope changes after the work starts then I’m happy to incorporate that into the project and agree a price adjustment with you where necessary.
For one-off website repairs and updates I charge for the time spent carrying out the work. As this type of work is normally done remotely, there is no need for a callout fee. I also have a no fix no fee policy. I charge in 15 minute increments so minor fixes and updates can cost as little as £10.

In addition to the website design costs, it is also necessary to pay a recurring fee for web hosting, email hosting (if required), and domain registration. One year of web hosting can be as low as £35 depending on the web hosting platform, with WordPress normally being the cheapest option.
